Nothing can dim a light that shines from within”. Deep on the inside of you, there is a light that is shining brighter and brighter. It clearly illuminates the path that you are to take on your health/life journey!!! Please know that it was not placed there by accident, but strategically designed to guide and lead you on your path. This light encourages when you are down, provides direction when you are lost, pushes you to keep pressing on, challenges you to level up and step outside of your comfort zone,….etc. This Light within may flicker BUT it will never go out. It’s always there…

I want to encourage  you to fully embrace each day.  If you only have enough light for the step in front, then just  go ahead and take it!!! That is all you need…
