in yourself is one of the many key factors in being able to DIG DEEP!!! The bible says so as a man think, he is; so in essence you become what you think you are. It is amazing how the mind is so resilient that it automatically kicks into a whole new level/gear when we push past obstacles 
that may challenge us. Those barriers provides new opportunities of creativity for you to step up to new levels on your health/life journey.
I want to encourage you to pivot off of those things that try to stop you on your journey AND use that same energy to increase the fire on the inside of you to keep going!!! DIG DEEP…
