Every single day we have a brand new opportunity on this health/life journey to discover more things about ourselves and decide on the true narrative of our very own story.  Will it be a story that illustrates a victorious journey OR one of failure and defeat. This is strictly a personal choice that is decided upon daily based on the mere and simple details of life that we encounter and how we handle those things. 

I challenge you to know that this journey or story will emulate courage and is just getting started. With this New Year…One chapter has closed and a new adventure has just begun.
